5. Roasting Profiles and Taste Expectations

Coffee is a natural product, and taste can vary based on origin, roast level, brewing method, grind size, water quality, and personal preference.

We do our best to describe roast levels and tasting notes accurately, including whether a coffee leans fruity, nutty, chocolatey, or otherwise. However, tasting notes are subjective and are not guaranteed to match every customer’s experience.

We are not responsible for dissatisfaction based on personal taste preference, brewing method, or incorrect brewing setup.

6. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices may change at any time without notice.

You agree to pay all charges associated with your order, including product price, shipping, taxes, and any applicable fees. Payment must be completed before we process and ship your order.

We may use third-party payment processors. By placing an order, you also agree to the terms and privacy policies of those processors.

7. Shipping

We ship to the addresses provided by customers during checkout. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

We are not responsible for delays, loss, theft, or damage caused by shipping carriers, weather, incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or circumstances outside our control.

Once an order is handed to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is controlled by that carrier. Estimated delivery dates are not guarantees.

Because we roast and package coffee in small batches, orders may begin processing quickly. We may not be able to change or cancel an order once it has entered fulfillment.

Because coffee is a food product, all sales may be final except where required by law or where we choose to offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
